Launching REMind as a micro-business has empowered me to deliver powerful outcomes and ‘remind’ clients what good research looks like.

With over 23 years’ experience in the industry Rachel has a successful track record of working across diverse sectors and helping numerous clients make data-driven decisions that have led to significant improvements in their performance and strategic direction. Rachel started her career at Ipsos MORI, within the Social Research Institute
With over 23 years’ experience in the industry Rachel has a successful track record of working across diverse sectors and helping numerous clients make data-driven decisions that have led to significant improvements in their performance and strategic direction. Rachel started her career at Ipsos MORI, within the Social Research Institute, before progressing to FDS International and Future Thinking, where she was responsible for leading on public and third sector research. She is an expert practitioner drawing on a wide-ranging skillset from conducting B2B and B2C qualitative and ethnographic research to working across varied quantitative methods to draw out intelligence from the simple to the more complex datasets. She is also a strong communicator, experienced at delivering reports and presentations which are story led.
REMind also draws on the expertise of senior consultants including Claire, Balbir and Caroline. Each has over 20 years of experience across qualitative, quantitative, and recruitment disciplines on both agency and client sides, ensuring every project is supported by a highly competent team.
Steve is a marketing and digital expert with a career spanning 25 years across retail, gaming & luxury brands. He is passionate about elevating the role of insight to enable brand growth and aligning with evolving consumer expectations and cultural trends. Steve has a specific interest in evaluating marketing launches and media campaigns.
Tommaso provides advanced analytics for our portfolio of clients. He is a qualified statistician specialising in specific methods for market research including predictive modelling, multivariate analysis, segmentation, key driver analysis, & choice modelling.
